The green coarse side removes thicker calluses on hands and feet - while the white finer side smooths more delicate areas - such as ankles, elbows, and knees.

ENJOY: Rub green side over calluses and rough, dry skin areas on feet.  Old skin will slough away.  Use white side to polish and refine.  May also be used on elbows, knees and hands.

CARE:  To maintain hygiene, replace stone every 3 to 6 months.
