ENJOY:  For best results, wet sponge in warm water, apply your favorite soap and gently massage the skin. Remember to always massage towards the heart. 

CARE:  Rinse after each use, press out excess water and hand to dry. With everyday use, this sponge lasts for approximately 3 months.
